Input and field mapping
Define accepted sources, required fields and how original material is linked to the prepared record. Agree what counts as a duplicate.

AI Operations & Reporting
Move the work forward, automatically.
AI-assisted workflows that connect tools and repetitive tasks.
A workflow to consider
A team receives requests by email, reads attachments and copies details into another tool. Automation can classify the request and prepare a structured task, but it also needs to handle missing fields, repeated messages and an unavailable destination. The useful result is a task a person can trust, with an exception queue for requests that need judgment.
Operations teams working across disconnected tools and recurring tasks.
Define your first release
These are starting points for a custom engagement. The proposal defines what is included in your project.
Define accepted sources, required fields and how original material is linked to the prepared record. Agree what counts as a duplicate.
Separate a suggested action from an executed action. Give the right person a review step before changes that carry business consequences.
Scope retry behavior, alerts and a way to inspect incomplete work. A timeout must not quietly create the same task twice.
Your existing tools
We inspect the APIs, webhooks and permissions of your existing tools, including email, spreadsheets, CRMs and internal services. The proposal names the connections included. Tools with no supported access route may require a narrower workflow or a different integration approach.
Scope, budget and timing
Bring a few representative requests, the destination fields and examples of exceptions. We map one input-to-outcome path and estimate each connection, review screen and recovery path. Recurring AI and platform charges are considered separately.
Share an optional budget in USD with your enquiry. We agree the scope, dependencies, milestones and timeline before implementation; there is no standard delivery promise for an unscoped project.
Before launch
Replay normal inputs, incomplete requests and duplicates. Simulate an unavailable downstream tool and confirm that recovery does not create duplicate actions. The team should be able to see why a request stopped.
Automation should not treat text inside an incoming document as permission to perform arbitrary actions. Access and allowed operations stay within the agreed workflow, with human review wherever the risk requires it.
A few sentences about the task and your current tools are enough to start.
